Refund Policy
Returns
- Eligibility: Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Non-returnable Items: Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team(info@mosaicowall.com) with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item is defective or an incorrect item was received.
Refunds
- Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
- Partial Refunds: In cases where items are not returned in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error, a partial refund may* be granted.
Exchanges
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of the item.
- Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested item.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check Your Account: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact Your Bank: There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
